About Microfiber & Care Instructions

About Microfiber
Microfiber is an ultra-fine fiber which has been applied in many industries. This man-made fiber is a blend of polyester and polyamide, splitted by nearly one hundred times. Comparatively, single synthetic Microfiber is approximately 1/20 th the diameter of a strand of silk and a hundred times finer than a human hair. Our Microfiber products are super soft and safe for all solid surfaces with strong absorbency to grab and hold dirt, dust, grime, oil, grease quickly and efficiently.
This illustration shows how Microfiber works while wiping. For cotton fiber, when travels through the surface, pollutions can only be attached to its periphery. But for splitting Microfiber, fine bits of dirt are trapped into the fibers. That makes the dirt held tightly and not redistributed around the room. Many researches show that Microfiber could absorb eight times its weight in water and to a certain extent, it is potentially effective in removing bacteria from smooth surfaces.

Care Instruction

To maintain your Microfiber products' durability and cleaning ability, the cloth needs to be washed regularly.

You can wash and dry in your household washer and dryer with warm water and low heat but not launder in industrial cleaner. High temperatures can damage the material.

Use mild detergents that don't contain chlorines, caustics or harsh cleaners. Washing powers may be acceptable but sometimes it does not dissolve completely and remain in the toweling.

Do not use fabric softeners. Softeners can reduce its ability to absorb water, clean and pick up dirt.

Wash the different colors separately the first time.

Environment

Microfiber is friendly to environment. Cleaning with Microfiber products, the direct result is the reduction in cleaning chemicals. Not only do you clean with just water, but the Microfiber product itself is recycled and is classified as combustible materials for energy recycling.

Convenience
Cleaning with Microfiber products, you can say goodbye to the heavy buckets of water. When do wet cleaning, simply dampen your Microfiber products. The tiny fibers make the fabric very absorbent, so you don't need to replenish many times and can leave the bucket behind.
